What this service is

LPreportly is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody, we sell your details to nobody, and we take no commission from anyone.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to LPreportly Pro, sold to businesses and institutions. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation on it is placed by a vendor, an administrator or a placement agent.

The free worksheets

The free worksheets on this site are provided as working calculators for a fund's portfolio team. Their output is arithmetic on the figures entered. They do not value any company or asset (the mark is your own input), do not tell you what your limited partnership agreement, a regulator or a reporting standard requires, and do not give tax or legal advice; those are your fund's own marks, your counsel's and your administrator's questions.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and LPreportly is not an adviser, an administrator, a broker or a valuation firm. What a holding is worth, how your fund's valuation policy marks it, what a regulator or a reporting standard requires of a report, and what your agreement requires are your own decisions and your counsel's, and the worksheets work the arithmetic of the figures you give them and nothing more.
