LPreportly is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

We collect what you type into an enquiry form (your name, your email address, your message) and, if you create an account, your email address and the fund, holding, mark, KPI and review records you choose to store. The free worksheets store nothing: the figures you enter stay in your browser and are never sent to us unless you save the worksheet to an account.

Legal basis and sharing

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to lead buyers, fund administrators, placement agents, data vendors or advertising networks. Payment is taken by Stripe, who receive your card details directly; card numbers never reach LPreportly. Email is sent through a transactional mail provider on our behalf. We are the vendor: there is no third party between you and us.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@lpreportly.com. We respond within one month.
